This ring was a pre-loved mother's ring that has been disassembled and upcycled to include a natural transition cut diamond with a tiny culet. It is 4.12mm round and SI range clarity, color F-G weighing .31ct.
The vintage or antique diamond is flanked by two well cut 4mm untreated demantoid garnets totaling .59ctw. The ring is a size 6.75 and weighs 3.4g. See photos for wear, hairline scratches, etc.
