There are 5 tiny natural diamonds totaling about .05ct or less. They are set in solid 10k white gold, which as been assembled to a solid 10k yellow gold ring base. I love old rings that were made this way. The ring is stamped "BOGO 10k" and the ring is a size 5 weighing 2.3g.
