This is a fun stacker or solitary stretch bracelet using pre-loved, vintage Akoya cultured pearls. These pearls are mostly saved from necklaces from the 40s-50s and vary in color and quality--most of them low quality and very thin nacre. I have professionally cleaned them, as not to harm the pearls--but expect, due to age, there to be imperfections.
The bracelet is made to fit comfortably snug on a smaller wrist. For reference, I wear a 7-7.25" bracelet size and I wouldn't want to have this any smaller. I would recommend this for someone who typically wears 6.5-7" bracelet. Some of the beads are a bit snug on the elastic--so if you remove your bracelet and think you've stretched it because there are spots with missing beads, simply finesse them into place. Your bracelet is actually fine.
Pearls are all nucleated round, and between 3-7mm in diameter (approx.). All metal on this piece is solid sterling silver.
