This is a lovely slightly included whopping 10x8mm natural untreated spessartite garnet. It is flanked by two 3mm genuine lab grown diamonds (actual diamonds, made in a lab); approximately .15cttw and they are VS clarity and colorless. The setting is solid sterling silver and a size 6 3/4. The entire piece weighs 3.4g.
