This is a genuine akoya cultured pearl from the middle of the 1900's, likely after WW2. There are 6 pearls ranging from 5-5.6mm. They are set on a sterling silver ring. Some of the rhodium is worn from age. It's a nice classy vintage piece ready to be loved again.
