This 6x4mm, .41ct oval Oregon Sunstone boasts strong copper shiller that is complimented by its checkerboard faceted cut. It sits in a quality solid sterling silver mounting with 6 prongs. This material came from the Ponderosa Mine here in Oregon.
The ring is a size 7 and weighs 2.1g.
I would recommend, for keeping the stone bright and shiny, to avoid getting soaps on the ring. There is not an opening under the stone to get a brush in to clean. The solid backing reflects light back out though and keeps the oils from fingers from dirtying the gem from underneath.
