This ring got quite the make-over. Stones were removed and fresh ones were set in its place. There are 2 natural diamonds totaling .06ctw and a natural vivid violetish-blue sapphire weiging .07ct and 2.44mm. The heart motif ring has so much life left to live. It is just a bit over a size 6.75 andn weighs 1.2g.
