This ring is made using a pre-loved setting--circa 1980s. It was once a "mother's ring" but has gotten a complete makeover and ready for a new chapter. There is a crescent garland of leaves on one side of the center stone.
There is approximately .62ctw of diamonds. The center stone is a black diamond weighing .48ct (4.64mm ave), and has some white relief spots that I've set toward the lighter diamonds--almost like they are spots spraying out from the other stones.
The 3 white diamonds are I3 clarity. They are intentionally set as "milkier" complimenting the center stone. The hue varies under close inspection from a near-colorless, light yellow and light champagne. It makes this piece a one of a kind look.
The ring is solid 10k yellow gold, a size 7.25 and weighs 2.9g.
