To bring out the lovely oranges and greens in the opal briolette beads, I’ve accented them with natural spessartite garnet and peridot. All stones are natural and untreated. All metal used is solid sterling silver. The opal briolette range from 5x4mm to 8x5mm. The peridot are 2mm and the spessartite is 3.2mm. The gems were fixed to nice quality shepherd hook backs. The entire length of the earring is about 1.5” and they weigh a total of 1.8g
I recommend not wearing them when swimming or showering. Wello opals are porous and can temporarily lose play of color if absorbed by water.
