There are components of this bracelet that are sterling silver, and other alloyed metal. The oval 4x6mm sapphires are all natural. The bracelet measures 7" and weighs 12.7g.
It was very tarnished when I found it. I've been able to clean it up quite a bit, but there is a darker color to the metal--which is solid in color.
