This is genuine lovely light blue cuprian elbaite, or copper bearing tourmaline, also referred to as "Paraiba colored" from Mozambique. It is 6x4mm oval and .37ct. It's set in a lovely sterling silver ring mount with crystal (untested) accents. The ring is a size 7 and weighs 1.3g.
