This is a genuine circa 15th-16th century bronze cross that has been semi-restored. It has been placed on a new, complimentary 18" 18k gold plated over stainless steel chain.
The ancient cross was found by a dig and is bent. Much of the natural patina has been left, but the face did shine to its original gold color. This piece is STUNNING and I don't come across ancient crosses this size. It's a piece that is sure to be cherished regardless of its condition.
The cross is just over 2" by 1 5/8". The cross weighs 5.9g alone.
