This cuprian "paraiba colored" tourmaline comes from Mozambique. It is about 8x6mm and weighs 1.57ct. It is heavily included--as many of this size are. It is accented by 2 natural diamonds totaling .04ctw. The ring is a size 7 and sterling silver. The weight is 1.5g.
The vendor I use for the silver settings makes nice quality stuff. The silver is on the softer side and being thinner, the mounting is more susceptible to going out of round if smashed. Just wanted to disclose this. To date, there have been no complaints.
