This is a darling antique stick pin, unmarked, but tested as solid 14k gold. The wreath portion tests higher at possibly 18k gold. There are enameled accents on the flowers and leaves. There is missing enamel (see photos), but it's still adorable and worth a chance at a new life. There was no original backing for the pin so I've placed a silicone backing.
The pin alone weighs 1.3g and 2.25" long. The wreath is 11mm wide. This could make a sweet conversion pieces as well for ring or pendant.
