This is a beautiful pre-loved 14k white gold ring setting by Shane Co! It is loaded with beautifully faceted SI/GH natural diamonds. The original head has been repurposed as the original diamond had been pulled. A 7mm moissanite has been set as a place holder until a new head and stone are ready to be mounted. The moissanite is lovely, and the photos don't do it justice! You can even just enjoy the ring as is. I recommend a head replacement if you wish to mount another stone, due to the fact this head has been salvaged--though the moissanite should be very secure. There are tool marks to the sides of the prongs. I don't have the ability to get in that deep to polish them out--a bench jeweler might be able to, though.

The approximate carat weight of melee diamonds is 1.57ctw—as setting allows me to measure. The ring is a size 6 and weighs a whopping 5.9g. It is stunning! This is going to give your ring the look of over 2.5ctw.
