These are beautiful go-to classics! The pearls are genuine fine quality Chinese cultured freshwater pearls. They are almost perfectly round with nice luster, thick nacre and virtually blemish free. The pearls are 7mm and well matched for color and quality. These are not cheap quality pearls. They rival many of the akoyas out there.
Each one is fixed to a solid sterling silver earring that is plated in 18k gold. The backs are slightly malleable to conform to your ear for comfort. The shepherd hooks on these have a simple rope-like twist to them. The pearls themselves dangle from little pegs, dancing as you move. The drop from ear to bottom is 27mm. The earrings weigh 1.8g total.
As with any pearls, they should be the last thing put on, and the first thing taken off. Avoid showering, swimming, etc, with them, as doing so can expose them to chemicals which can reduce the life of your jewelry.
