This is a beautifully faceted collectable gemstone from AZ, USA. This material is harder to get to and more costly as a result. The triangular cut amethyst shows characteristic red flashes and muted tone consistent with this location. There is a very small abrasion on the top of the gem above the table on a star facet, below the prong. It's not noticeable while wearing, but I thought I'd disclose.
The gem is 9mm and weighs 1.74ct. The pendant is strung on a 20" flat cable chain and the total weight is 3g.
