This pendant is crafted using upcycled pearls and components....
--The focal piece is an 8.1mm Japanese Akoya cultured pearl. It has solid 18k gold end caps on it.
--Threaded through the focal pearl is a fine, solid 14k gold chain. I've used a jewelers adhesive to stabilize it and prevent wear. It is collected up top of the pendant with 14k wire and jump ring for a bail.
--The smaller pearl is 5mm, also Japanese Akoya and upcycled.
--The chain is a fine flat curb link. It is brand new and 18" in length.
The pearls have been professionally cleaned and drilled to accommodate the piece. It has a delicate appearance but the pearls stand out nicely.
